SUMMARY:Opening Reception: Kristen Moen exhibit at PCA
DESCRIPTION:Alcohol Ink: Lighter Frequencies\n\nBY KRISTIN MOEN\n\nKristin is an artist\, art teacher and founder of 5Dworks. She was born to paint\, and works in acrylics\, oils\, watercolor\, and alcohol ink. She also works with wood carving\, particularly diamond willow\, and has an interest in ceramic and sculpture.\n\nOne of her collections (Human Consciousness)\, is a form of Surrealism that is vaporous\, ethereal and supernal focusing on human consciousness. She believes that the symbolism\, colors\, and subject matter of a work carries a certain energetic imprint or vibration. Since 2016\, she has consciously produced work with lighter\, more positive messages in an effort to increase the frequency in a space/environment and in the viewer.\n\nThe other collection (Daily Dose Of Joy) is based on her experiences and interactions with Nature on her "little slice of heaven" that runs along Neenah Creek.\n\nwww.5Dworksllc.com\n\nExhibit on display thru Jan. 31\n\nSponsored by Saint Gobain
