DESCRIPTION:The Portage Public Library will have a Recycled Market Bag Rug Workshop on March 20th at 5:30pm.  Students must know how to single crochet.  Start collecting those colorful plastic grocery bags and bring them to this class.  We will turn bags into "plarn" (plastic yarn) and start crocheting a waterproof\, easy to clean\, colorful rug.
