DESCRIPTION:Join us each Friday for 5 weeks beginning February 23 for The 2018 Open workouts at Portage CrossFit Cooperative! Doors will open at 5:30pm and WODs will begin at 6:00pm. \n\nNew and experienced CrossFitters can sign up to participate and receive a free tee at: http://www.portagecrossfitcooperative.com/schedule.html\n\nPlease do NOT be intimidated\, everything CAN be scaled.\n\nPCC will be donating $5.00 per registration to Columbia County Veterans' Services!\n\n \n\nNot interested in doing the workouts\, but want to help support our local heroes?  You can order men's and women's 2018 PCC Open t-shirts at: https://pcc.sites.zenplanner.com/retail.cfm\n\n(No shipping - shirts may be picked up at PCC on or after 3/9).\n\n$5 per t-shirt will be donated to Columbia County Veterans' Services.  \n\n \n\nAll spectators are welcome and encouraged to stay\, cheer\, and get to know our community!\n\n \n\nDon't miss AMERICAN PRIDE on 3/2! Be sure to wear your favorite red\, white\, and blue!! \n\nPCC will be accepting donations to raise funds for Columbia County Veterans' Services to support the heroes in our community.\n\n \n\nWE LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU AT PCC!
