TEENS! Anyone interested in learning how to draw manga? We're bringing in Laura Anderton, professional artist and founder of Sugoi Arts Drawing School in Middleton, WI, to teach up to 20 teens the first steps in learning how to draw awesome, inspired manga of their own.

This program is for teens 6th to 12th grade only, and REQUIRES REGISTRATION. Registration can be done here: www.portagelibrary.us/node/926/register.
All supplies will be provided - there are 20 registration slots total. There is also a wait list available in case the class fills up; Chris will contact you if you are next in line to receive a spot. A quick glance at our special guest: Laura Anderton studied art at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, the School of Visual Arts in New York and Warwick University in England. As well as running the manga drawing program at Sugoi Arts, she has taught "how to draw" classes at countless anime conventions and for local libraries.
