Free chair yoga at the Library.
Join Ellen Swan, certified yoga instructor, on Tuesdays in September from 8-9 am at the Portage Public Library. Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done while sitting or using a chair as support. This will be an ongoing program throughout the Fall.
Must register in advance; space is limited. Wear comfortable clothing. Yoga mat, towel, block, and strap recommended but not required.
