Todd A. Berry has been President of the Wisconsin Taxpayers Alliance (WISTAX) since 1994. Founded in 1932, WISTAX is a privately funded and widely respected nonpartisan organization dedicated to improving government through public policy research and citizen education. WISTAX, and Todd, fervently believe that, more than ever, the public and the press need objective, factual information about their government.
