River of Life Church is bringing Hands of Hope to Portage for a community-wide celebration that seeks to bring us together and to share how God has blessed us. Part of the week long activities includes potentially 100's of people from Wisconsin, Minnesota and Portage working together, hand-in-hand with/for businesses, the city, schools and residents. It culminates in a free "Block Party" downtown that everyone is invited to attend.
