Hats Off To Spring
Come to downtown Portage and help us welcome in Spring!
We invite all men and women to wear your favorite hat while shopping and obtain discounts or specials from participating stores.
The day will end at 205 Vino starting at 4pm and the hat contest will begin at 4:30pm.
Hat categories: Funny, Elegant, Homemade, Size (biggest/smallest) and Vintage.
