Historic Preservation Tax Credit Presentation
Jen Davel from the Wisconsin Historical Society will speak about the programs in a free presentation.
The 20% Federal Rehabilitation Tax Credit applies to any project that the Secretary of the Interior designates a certified rehabilitation of a certified historic structure.
Jen Davel is one of the preservation architects who review tax credit applications for conformance to the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Rehabilitation.
