Join the Portage Chapter of Box of Balloons for their first Kids Helping Kids Event. Box of Balloons seeks to make all Birthdays happy by providing birthday boxes to children in need. This event helps fulfill this mission by having kids help to fill these boxes with cards, decorations and party activities. The event is open to the public and all are welcome to attend.
