MacKenzie Maple Festival -- April 1, 2017
Celebrate spring on Saturday April 1st at the MacKenzie Center’s Annual Maple Syrup Festival from 8am-2pm. Tour our sugar bush of mature maple trees and enjoy learning about the mystery of taking maple sap and making maple syrup. Exhibits on how Native Americans, Pioneers and today’s volunteers make maple syrup.
Enjoy a pancake breakfast (8am-12noon; $$), ice cream demo’s, kids’ activities, and more! The event is free and there will be a concession stand, breakfast, and raffles available at added cost. Event is rain or shine and all ages are welcome.
