Nutrition Event at Portage Crossfit

Meredith Ludwig will be joining us on Thursday, May 21st at 6:30PM for a nutrition seminar at Portage Crossfit.

We all know how important it is to have an active lifestyle, that's why we WOD. However, it's not only important to stay active, but we also need to pay attention to how we fuel our bodies; Meredith will be sharing some awesome information with us regarding nutrition.
