Opening Day at Fort Winnebago Surgeons Quarters

Join us in celebrating our first open day of the 2021 season! Activities include a dedication ceremony for a new bench built from recycled plastic gathered by the Children of the American Revolution and a ribbon-cutting ceremony, which will be conducted by the great-granddaughters of Francois LeRoi, the first person to occupy the Surgeons Quarters cabin from as early as 1816 to 1824. Lemonade and cookies will be served, free of charge.
