Speaker Presentation: Richard Carlton Haney, author of “When is Daddy Coming Home? An American Family During World War II”, is a professor emeritus of history at UW-Whitewater. He earned his Ph.D. in history from UWMadison and later graduated from West Point’s post-doctoral military history program and the Army’s National Security Seminar at Carlisle Barracks.
