About the Speaker: Antonia Turnquist is a Compensation and Human Resources Consultant who works with clients to help them maximize their greatest investment - people. Antonia joined The QTI Group in 2007. Through a focus on staff and executive compensation, employee engagement, and performance management, she partners with organizations across industries to align their strategic HR goals with their overall business strategy.
Antonia’s expertise includes but is not limited to market analysis of staff and executive compensation, compensation design, total rewards analysis, performance management system design, and employee engagement analysis and action planning. Antonia also has over five years of experience working in a recruiting capacity specializing in skilled labor placements within the manufacturing sector as well as experience recruiting for entry to executive level administrative positions.
Prior to joining The QTI Group, Antonia worked for a Madison, WI research facility where she performed cognitive research. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology with a minor in Spanish.
