Strategies for Measuring and Fostering Employee Engagement

Strategies for Measuring and Fostering Employee Engagement

Antonia Turnquist with QTI Consulting, Inc. will speak about how to get more out of your employees, focusing on how to attract, develop, and retain great employees at your organization

Attendees will be able to understand:

  1.                   The core drivers of employee engagement
  2.                   How to measure employee engagement
  3.                   The cost and return of employee engagement
  4.                   How employee engagement efforts fit into your total rewards strategy
