Portage Public Library is presenting 4 wellness programs during February and March

Yoga for Everyone
Chair Yoga: Yoga increases strength, flexibility, and concentration, but many people cannot participate in a traditional yoga class that requires them to get down on their hands & knees. In chair yoga, the mat is replaced with a chair and the postures are adapted to allow anyone to participate, even those in a wheelchair.
Peggy Nelson, MS, OT has been practicing yoga for over 5 years and received certification in chair yoga this past year due a need to adapt her own practice.
This is an experiential class so dress in comfortable clothing
